McGuffey Tents has been the premier Tent Rental place for the Mid Ohio Valley for 22 years. Our staff will provide you with friendly service from the moment you call. We can help you decide which tent size best suits your needs, show you what layout works the best, and even offer you some accessories to make your event perfect. We have had many opportunities to help people with personal and commercial events ranging from children’s birthday parties, weddings, etc. to corporate picnics, job fairs, graduations, etc. We would like the opportunity to help you in any way we can.
Our professional set up crew can have your tent set up very quickly. We erect tents over driveways, patios, in back yards, in large fields,streets or large parking lots. Our crew is qualified to repair holes made in asphalt from the tent pegs. So, we are ready for just about any set of circumstances.
- Booking Policy – Bookings can be made up to a year in advance, but a deposit of 50% must be made to reserve the tent.
- Tent Rental Policy – A 50% deposit is due a month in advance with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of set up.
- Cancellation Policy – No refunds will be given on the deposit. However, if you have made full payment on the tent, 50% will be returned.
- Payment Method – McGuffey Tents accepts Visa, Master card, Company Checks, Personal Checks and Cash.
- Privacy Policy – No personal information given to us by clients will be divulged to any other parties. If you wish to send us a picture to post on our web site, but do not want us to use your name, we will honor your wishes. We welcome any and all feed back of our services.
